If you don’t see the option for lossless audio, try updating your Apple TV. You’ll be limited to a sample rate of 48kHz on the Apple TV 4K. Even when you listen to your MP3s in your MP3 player on Windows, the audio is converted by the player to WAV and then sent to your speakers.
